TPC’s latest book, Top Performance Leadership, is testimony to both the challenge of being a good leader and our expertise in this area. Graham has helped me to grow and develop immeasurably. As a direct result of what he has taught me I have found new ways to build a high performance environment for my team. By using the techniques I have learned from him my team is motivated, productive and going from strength to strength. I loved Graham Jones and this was the first time I have seen Jeff Immelt in person, so for me it will be a memorable event.
The content centred around developing leadership qualities was utterly inspiring and I found it to be affirming. The quality of the presenters and their presentations were the best I have ever experienced. They were in a different league and I felt we were working with world leaders

Graham was the keynote speaker at our Leadership Conference and gave a clear, incisive, inspiring and tailored presentation which stimulated a lot of debate. He helped our team to understand the key issues, and to use this to develop strategies to provide real leadership in times of change. Many of our leaders have a scientific background and the academic underpinning to Graham’s message was an important factor in building credibility.
