I hope you all had a restful break over the new year. I am delighted to open up the new TPC 2012 ‘blog season’ with a guest contribution by the President of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, Lise Lewis.
I met Lise as a fellow keynote speaker at the Swedish EMCC conference last year in Stockholm. She had some very interesting things to say about coaching and kindly agreed to share some of them here.
